Completely bespoke 24 week training plan to take your special someone to their next event whether that be a 5k or a 100+ miles!


Upon receiving the voucher the lucky person will need to contact me to arrange an initial consultation to discuss running goals, current fitness, strengths, weaknesses and time available etc. I try to get as much information as possible from the receipient that could impact their running so I can build the plan to sit perfectly into their schedule and to help them acheieve their goals.


From that initial chat over the phone or zoom I will then go away and build that plan from scratch. There is normally a little back and forward in this period to make sure everything works for them.
